2nd knee replacement last week. Used Gelpacks Direct ice packs last time and bought more this time. Use them 4 times ler day after physio exercises. Best gel ice packs l've ever used (l have tried several other brands). Would not buy from anywhere else.
In what?

Easy to order .. quick delivery ..perfect for my knee injury.
Easy to order, arrived on time, works well. All good!
They're gel packs - they work, they remain soft and pliable as advertised.
Easy ordering for replacement gel pack and Happy to have a spare
Use these for lower back pain and they work well for me
Brilliant product
Easy to use, works well.
Super product, really happy with the quality and price point
I have been using Gelpack Directs gelpads for some time on a longstanding back problem and found to work well. Thirty seconds in the microwave and thats it ready to go. I also use one from the freezer on an osteoarthritic ankle. It takes the swelling down in no time.
It does what it is supposed to do.
These packs are really great for those times when you’ve got backache
Would rate 5 stars if it wasn’t for your delivery options. Took over a week for Yodel to deliver it and disappointed you use such an appalling courier... if I were to order in future, I would like the option to choose an alternative delivery company and would be happy to pray any extra cost this may incur.
..
Just what I needed to help get rid of my leg cramps.
These were replacements for older gelpacks that unfortunately leaked, but a great product none the less, thank you
This is a great product best ice pack and more particularly ice strap
Fab product that lasts much longer than competitor brands
Great product for my over- heating body and to help soothe bed sores. Thank you
Pleased with product
Good value and good size.
Have found the gel packs incredibly helpful in providing a comfortable way of applying ice to sprained muscles. No more trying to sit holding a bag of frozen peas in place! Excellent product - thank you.
Absolutely brilliant and excellent value for money
Works a treat on my aches and pains
Great flexibility when cold and helping relieve back pain.
Exactly what I was looking for.
Bought to replace ancient ones that had split. Very fast delivery. Good to use hot or cold
Love the flexibility of these packs, much better than others I have tried. There is a little bit of trade-off as they don't seem to stay cold for as long, but there are two packs so that isn't really a concern,
Does what its needed for
