UK Mainland
Delivery is free for orders over £12. If you spend more than £30 then we upgrade your order to Next Business Day delivery, free of charge.
If your order is under £12, a small delivery fee will be charged as per below:

When will my order be dispatched?
Our offices are open Monday - Friday. We do NOT dispatch over the weekend or Bank Holidays.
Order before 1pm during weekdays for same day dispatch.
When will I receive my order?
Orders over £30
For UK mainland, if you order before 13:00 Monday - Friday, you'll receive your items the next business day (excluding public holidays). Note, if you place your order after 13:00 on a Friday you won't receive your items until the next Tuesday.
For Highlands and Offshore UK, items ordered before 13:00 Monday - Friday will take 2 business days to arrive.
All other orders
All our items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Where's my stuff?
If you are wondering when your item(s) will arrive then please use the following checklist before getting in touch:
- Please check the delivery address on your order matches the location where you were expecting the item to arrive.
- Please check the ETA. In nearly all cases, our orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment. However, there are occasionally circumstances out of our control that can cause orders to arrive late. Please check your order for the estimated delivery window. Unless you have paid to upgrade, our standard postage service is Royal Mail 2nd Class which takes between 3-5 working days to arrive.
- Have a look for any calling card from Royal Mail or other courier. They may have tried to deliver your parcel whilst you were out.
- If you have checked all of the above and your item is over 7 working days delayed from the estimated delivery date then please get in touch with us on 0121 439 0040. (In most cases, late items due to unexpected Royal Mail delays arrive within this period.)
Other Delivery Information
- We pride ourselves on our efficient handling of orders and timely dispatch. As a result our delivery service is very reliable. That said, delays are sometimes unavoidable. For that reason we have a Delivery Policy in place.
- We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided during checkout. We do not use any address checking software. Therefore, please ensure that your address is both complete and correct as we cannot be held responsible for late/missing orders that were sent to the wrong address.
- We reserve the right to change the postage method advertised. This will be dependent on the value, weight, size and contents of your parcel.
- We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss due to the delayed arrival of your parcel.
