Delivery Policy

  • We pride ourselves on our efficient handling of orders and timely dispatch. As a result our delivery service is very reliable. That said, delays are sometimes unavoidable. For that reason we have a Deliver Policy in place.
  • We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided during checkout. We do not use any address checking software. Therefore, please ensure that your address is both complete and correct as we cannot be held responsible for late/missing orders that were sent to the wrong address.
  • All orders with payments received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this cut off time will be dispatched the next available working day.
  • Our standard postage service is Royal Mail 2nd Class. We offer this service free of charge. The estimated delivery time for this service is 2-3 working days. We also reserve the right to change the postage method advertised. This will be dependent on the value, weight, size and contents of your parcel.
  • Please allow a reasonable amount of time for items to be delivered. We make every effort to ensure all goods are delivered on time. But we cannot control all eventualities. Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail we cannot control any delays.
  • You may wish to upgrade your order to ‘Express’ delivery – extra charges apply. Choose from the available drop-downs. Please note this is a Next Business Day Service - we cannot guarantee Next Day delivery on a Saturday.
  • Delivery postcode outside the UK mainland will incur surcharges to be paid by buyer before dispatching.
  • We will contact you to confirm additional charges that you will have to pay for delivery postcodes in the Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Highlands & Islands of Scotlands.
  • Our carriers will make 3 delivery attempts at the address provided. If we cannot access your premises or you fail to collect the parcel from your local collection point in time (refer to your calling card for details) then the parcel will be returned to sender. If you still require the item(s) once they have been returned to us then there will be a redelivery charge applicable.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss due to the delayed arrival of your parcel.

                    Where’s my Stuff?

                    If you are wondering when your item(s) will arrive then please use the following checklist before getting in touch:

                    1. Please check the delivery address on your order matches the location where you were expecting the item to arrive.
                    2. Please check the ETA. In nearly all cases, our orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment. However, there are occasionally circumstances out of our control that can cause orders to arrive late. Please check your order for the estimated delivery window. Unless you have paid to upgrade, our standard postage service is Royal Mail 2nd Class which takes between 2-3 working days to arrive.
                    3. Have a look for any calling card from Royal Mail or other courier. They may have tried to deliver your parcel whilst you were out.
                    4. If you have checked all of the above and your item is over 7 working days delayed from the estimated delivery date then please get in touch with us on 0121 638 0150. (In most cases, late items due to unexpected Royal Mail delays arrive within this period.)
