We provide free shipping on orders of £12 and above. Orders placed before 9:30 am will be dispatched on the same day. Our standard delivery is through Evri and typically takes 3 days to arrive. Customers have the option to upgrade to next business day delivery for £7.50. Kindly note that our warehouse's operating times affect our order cutoff time, which is 9:30 am, and we request customers to consider this for time-sensitive or urgent orders.
Return Policy

I have been using Gelpack Directs gelpads for some time on a longstanding back problem and found to work well. Thirty seconds in the microwave and thats it ready to go. I also use one from the freezer on an osteoarthritic ankle. It takes the swelling down in no time.

Took over a week for Yodel to deliver it and disappointed you use such an appalling courier... if I were to order in future, I would like the option to choose an alternative delivery company and would be happy to pray any extra cost this may incur.
