These gel packs are excellent. They're easy to heat in the microwave and stay warm for ages. I originally bought the smaller size 14 x 27 cm which is great for most areas of aches and pains. I recently bought the larger 18 x 28cm as it gives better coverage of the lower back. Good value and robust construction, happy to recommend.

Had a thr at the beginning of October and purchased these to aid with swelling and healing. They have been an absolute godsend. Very easy to apply around the wound area as they remain pliable even when frozen. Have also used heated. So fast and handier than filling hot water bottles which can be a hazard I know these gel packs will be put to good use for various reasons.... Sports injuries, headaches, back ache etc
