Instructions

1. Begin by identifying the area of your body that needs relief.
2. Insert gel pack​ (sold separately here​​) inside the wrap.
3. Open the Velcro closures on the one end of the wrap and position it over the affected area.
4. Adjust the wrap to your desired tension level by pulling on the ends of the wrap. The wrap should be snug, but not too tight.
5. Secure the Velcro closures to hold the wrap in place.
6. Leave the wrap in place for 15-20 minutes at a time, several times a day, as needed. If you experience any discomfort, stop using the wrap and consult with a healthcare professional.
7. When you're finished using the wrap, remove the gel pack and store the wrap in a clean, dry place. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for care and use to ensure that it remains effective and hygienic

We provide free shipping on orders of £12 and above. Orders placed before 9:30 am will be dispatched on the same day. Our standard delivery is through Evri and typically takes 3 days to arrive. Customers have the option to upgrade to next business day delivery for £7.50. Kindly note that our warehouse's operating times affect our order cutoff time, which is 9:30 am, and we request customers to consider this for time-sensitive or urgent orders.

Return Policy

We provide a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, allowing customers to return unused items for any reason within this timeframe. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply for certain items. We offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our products.
