Instructions

To cool the heat wrap in the freezer:
▪ ​Place the heat wrap in a plastic bag or wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from getting wet or dirty in the freezer.
▪ ​Put the heat wrap in the freezer and allow it to chill for at least 2 hours.
▪ ​Remove the heat wrap from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before using it.

To heat the heat wrap in the microwave:
▪ ​Remove the heat wrap from its packaging and make sure it is dry.
▪ ​Wrap should be evenly distributed and turntable able to turn freely. Heat in microwave 800W - 2 mins, 800W+ - 1min 30 secs.
▪ ​Touch test the heat wrap before using it to make sure it is not too hot, if more heat is required the heat in 20-second increments.
▪ ​Place the heat wrap on the affected area and use it as directed.

We provide free shipping on orders of £12 and above. Orders placed before 9:30 am will be dispatched on the same day. Our standard delivery is through Evri and typically takes 3 days to arrive. Customers have the option to upgrade to next business day delivery for £7.50. Kindly note that our warehouse's operating times affect our order cutoff time, which is 9:30 am, and we request customers to consider this for time-sensitive or urgent orders.

Return Policy

We provide a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, allowing customers to return unused items for any reason within this timeframe. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply for certain items. We offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our products.
