APPLICATION:
Cold: Place wrap in a sealed plastic bag before placing in the freezer.
Hot: Wrap should be evenly distributed and turntable able to turn freely. Heat in microwave 800W - 2 mins, 800W+ - 1min 30 secs. Touch test before application, if more heat is required then heat in 20-second increments

We provide free shipping on orders of £12 and above. Orders placed before 9:30 am will be dispatched on the same day. Our standard delivery is through Evri and typically takes 3 days to arrive. Customers have the option to upgrade to next business day delivery for £7.50. Kindly note that our warehouse's operating times affect our order cutoff time, which is 9:30 am, and we request customers to consider this for time-sensitive or urgent orders.
Return Policy
We provide a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, allowing customers to return unused items for any reason within this timeframe. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply for certain items. We offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our products.
