Instructions

1. Before use, it is essential to place the ice pack in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
2. Once frozen, carefully remove the pack from the freezer.
3. Gently apply the ice pack to the affected area, ensuring that it is positioned correctly.
4. Allow the pack to remain on the affected area for a maximum of 15-20 minutes at a time.
5. Repeat the application as necessary, but it is not recommended to exceed 20 minutes of application at a time.
6. To use the pack for hot therapy, heat it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and follow the same steps as the cold therapy.

We provide free shipping on orders of £12 and above. Orders placed before 9:30 am will be dispatched on the same day. Our standard delivery is through Evri and typically takes 3 days to arrive. Customers have the option to upgrade to next business day delivery for £7.50. Kindly note that our warehouse's operating times affect our order cutoff time, which is 9:30 am, and we request customers to consider this for time-sensitive or urgent orders.

Return Policy

We provide a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, allowing customers to return unused items for any reason within this timeframe. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply for certain items. We offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our products.
